• Shipping Coverage:

We ship to all countries in the European Union, excluding Malta, and Cyprus. Additionally, we ship to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

• Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping to all European Union countries on all orders.

• UK Delivery:

For deliveries to the UK, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra VAT or customs fees are added to your order. However, a customs fee of €30 is applied.

• Switzerland Delivery:

For deliveries to the UK and Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra charges, VAT, or customs fees are added to your order.

• Order Processing Time:

All products are dispatched from our warehouse in accordance with the processing time indicated on the product page. Typically, this is 5-10 working days; however, during promotional periods, when interest in our products is particularly high, the processing time may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
