Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance delays.

Shipping Coverage:

We ship to all countries in the European Union, excluding Malta and Cyprus. Additionally, we ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States.

• Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping to all European Union countries on all orders.

We also offer free UPS shipping to the United States on eligible products. For US orders, free shipping covers transportation only and does not include import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees or UPS/brokerage fees.

• UK Delivery:

For deliveries to the UK, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra VAT or customs duties are charged by the courier upon delivery. A customs handling fee of €30 applies to UK orders.

• Switzerland Delivery:

For deliveries to Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra VAT or customs duties are charged by the courier upon delivery.

• Norway Delivery:

For deliveries to Norway, estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days. Final shipping, VAT and import handling details are shown at checkout before you place your order.

• United States Delivery:

For deliveries to the United States, we ship from Poland with UPS under DAP terms (Delivered At Place).

This means that the product price and shipping cover transportation to the delivery address only. Import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees and UPS/brokerage fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges may be requested by UPS, the customs broker or the relevant authorities upon import or delivery.

Shappy cannot estimate or guarantee the final amount of import charges, as they are determined by US customs authorities and/or the carrier. If a customer refuses to pay import charges, the parcel may be returned, abandoned or delayed. Shipping charges and any return-related costs are non-refundable where permitted by law.

• Order Processing Time:

All products are dispatched from our warehouse in accordance with the processing time indicated on the product page. Typically, this is up to 5 working days; however, during promotional periods, when interest in our products is particularly high, the processing time may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

• Special Requests:

If you need your order for a specific date, please mention this in the "Additional Information" field when placing your order. We will do our best to meet your request or notify you within 24 hours if shipping on your requested date is not possible.
