No matter your budget or whether you’re in a small apartment or a house with a garden, we’ve got you covered. Our sofas are built to last and grow with your child from birth to their teen years.
Our play sofa comes in two sizes. The Shappy Mini measures 120 x 60 x 45 cm with a 20 cm seat height, which suits toddlers and small rooms. The larger Shappy measures 160 x 80 x 56 cm with a 25 cm seat height, so a child and an adult can sit or lie down side by side.
The Mini comes in Ultra Plush and in Corduroy. The larger Shappy comes in Ultra Plush, Corduroy, Waffle Corduroy and Teddy.
All our fabrics are chosen for daily use in a child's room, so the sofa still looks good after years of building and jumping.
You can choose soft Teddy, Corduroy with its visible ribs, Waffle Corduroy with a deeper texture, or our original Ultra Plush. Every cover is removable and machine washable at 30 °C.
Ultra Plush is the easiest to clean. If you have pets, Corduroy and Ultra Plush hold up best. If you want the softest touch, choose Teddy or Waffle.
We offer three different types of stitching for our sofas. Yes, you read that right, 3! Why?
Because when it comes to sofas, there are two main things: the materials used, like foam and fabric, and the time it takes to make your play sofa.
Our sofas are handmade, the more time our talented artisans spend sewing your cover, the more expensive but also more durable it is. It’s also a matter of taste, whether you prefer a minimalist look or something that stands out.
Our simplest sofa, the Shappy Pure, is single-stitched, which means it has just one seam. The double-stitched option, found in our Original Ultra Plush, and the French seams in our Corduroy Original Sofa, are for those who want a more stylish version. Double-stitched sofas are super durable and can withstand anything, they’re built to last, but also more expensive.
If you're happy with just our play sofa, that's great! But if you want even more fun and building possibilities, check out our add-ons.
We have a slide for stable rides, and you can even buy two for a mega slide. Our arches let you build a castle, and you can stow them under the other bases for a higher seat option. The rocker can be used as an ottoman, a rocker, or a podium.
Our add-ons are available for the Ultra Plush and Corduroy collections and pair best with the larger play sofa.
