To unpack a vacuum-packed play sofa, open the box, cut the film carefully away from the covers and lay the pieces out. The foam takes around 24 hours to return to its full shape, and you can use the sofa straight away. Unpack it soon after delivery, preferably within 2 weeks and no later than 6 weeks.

The 160 cm Play Sofa arrives in one box measuring 40 × 40 × 87 cm. Inside, the sofa is rolled up and vacuum-packed. The sofa itself weighs just under 14 kg.
It ships from our warehouse in Poland, with free delivery within the EU. Delivery times for your country are on our shipping page.

The foam returns to its full shape in around 24 hours. You don't have to wait before using it. The sofa is ready for sitting and play as soon as it's unpacked.
Creases in the fabric are normal after the journey. They smooth out as the sofa is used, usually within 2 weeks.
As soon as you can. We recommend unpacking within 2 weeks of delivery. The latest is 6 weeks. A sofa left in its box for more than 6 weeks isn't covered by our 3-year limited warranty.

New foam can smell a little at first. The smell goes away once the sofa is unpacked and the room is aired.
Yes. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. The sofa should come back complete, clean and undamaged, with no signs of use beyond a normal inspection. Not sure you'll keep it? Unpack it and have a good look before the children move in. An unpacked sofa can't be compressed again, so it has to be packed carefully for the journey back. You pay for return delivery.
