1. Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your product. To start a return, contact us at contact@heyshappy.com within the 30-day period. We will confirm receipt of your request as soon as we receive it.
2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned complete, clean, undamaged and in their original condition, with no signs of use beyond normal inspection.
For products such as the Shappy Play Sofa that expand after unpacking, it may not be possible to return them in their original packaging once they have expanded. If you return an unpacked product, you must repack it carefully and securely to prevent damage during transport.
If a product has been used beyond normal inspection, is returned incomplete, is damaged, or is not packed safely for return transport, Shappy may refuse the return or reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Return Timeline
Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us that you want to cancel your order. The deadline is met if you send the product before the 14-day period expires.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. We will refund you using the original payment method unless another method is agreed and does not result in additional costs.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back.
6. Return Address
Before sending any item back, you must contact us at contact@heyshappy.com to receive the correct return address for our warehouse.
Please do not send products to any address found online, on social media, or to our registered office address, as these locations are not equipped to process returns. Any shipment sent to an unauthorized address may result in delays or the package being returned to you at your expense.
