SHIPPING

Shipping is free within the EU on every order.

Delivery within the EU takes an estimated 3-4 to 7-9 working days from the day you order, depending on your country (see the table below).

We ship with UPS.

Transit time counts from the day your order leaves our warehouse. Add the preparation time, which is usually 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. Customs clearance delays are not included.

Where we ship:

We ship to every country in the European Union except Malta and Cyprus. We also ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States.

Free shipping:

Shipping is free on every order to an EU country.

On selected products, we also offer free UPS shipping to the United States. There, free shipping covers transport only. Customs duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees and any fees charged by UPS or the customs broker are not included.

Delivery to the United Kingdom:

We ship to the United Kingdom DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the courier will not charge you any extra VAT or customs duties on delivery. A customs handling fee of €30 applies to orders to the United Kingdom.

Delivery to Switzerland:

We ship to Switzerland DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the courier will not charge you any extra VAT or customs duties on delivery.

Delivery to Norway:

You will see the final shipping, VAT and import handling details at checkout, before you place your order.

Delivery to the United States:

We ship to the United States with UPS from Poland, on DAP terms (Delivered At Place).

This means the product price and the shipping cost cover transport to your delivery address only. Customs duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees and any fees charged by UPS or the customs broker are not included. These costs are your responsibility. UPS, the customs broker or the relevant authorities may charge them on import or on delivery.

Shappy cannot estimate or guarantee the final amount of the import charges, because they are set by the US customs authorities and/or the carrier. If you refuse to pay the import charges, the parcel may be returned, delayed or abandoned. Shipping costs and any costs related to the return are non-refundable where permitted by law.

Order preparation time:

We usually prepare your order for dispatch within 2 working days. This time is already included in the delivery estimate on the product page. During promotions, when we receive a particularly large number of orders, preparation can take longer. Thank you for your patience.

Do you need your order by a specific date? Email us at contact@heyshappy.com straight after ordering and include your order number and the date you need it by. We will do our best to meet your request, or let you know within 24 hours if shipping in time for that date is not possible.
