• UK Delivery:

For deliveries to the UK, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra VAT or customs fees are added to your order. However, a customs fee of €30 is applied.

• US Delivery:

For deliveries to the UK, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra VAT or customs fees are added to your order.

• Switzerland Delivery:

For deliveries to the UK and Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra charges, VAT, or customs fees are added to your order.

• Order Processing Time:

All products are dispatched from our warehouse in accordance with the processing time indicated on the product page. Typically, this is up to 5 working days; however, during promotional periods, when interest in our products is particularly high, the processing time may be extended.
